Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 scallions
- chili oil
Preparation: Chop the scallions. Mix everything else but the pasta and chili oil in a small bowl; it will be too thick to come together.
Cook the pasta; once the water is hot, scoop some out, add it to the sauce, and stir until you have a reasonably pourable sauce (this should be roughly half a cup, but do it smaller amounts at a time). Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, then toss it with the sauce, scallions, and chili oil.
