Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tofu
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (if not otherwise flavored)

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Cut the tofu in thirds lengthwise, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Press the pieces between paper-towel-lined cutting boards for at least 10 minutes, then toss with the oil, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes.
