Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 190 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 130 g flour
- 1 1/2 C mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, butterscotch chips, etc)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Brown the butter, then whisk in the sugar. Allow to cool a bit, then whisk in the egg, vanilla, and sugar. Stir in the flour and mix-ins. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a buttered or parchment paper-lined 8"x8" pan; the blondies should be set around the edges but still look underbaked in the middle.
