Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • milk (about 2 cups)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Blend all of the ingredients except flour and some of the milk. Slowly add flour; add milk as you go to keep the batter runny. Heat a frying pan on medium, and melt a small amount of butter in the pan. Add some batter (the amount will become clear with some practice) and turn the pan to evenly and thinly coat the bottom. Turn over when it starts to look cooked; remove after another minute or so.
