Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 280g flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 140 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 140 g brown sugar
  • 8 oz chocolate chips

Brown the butter, then add one ice cube and refrigerate until completely cooled and just starting to solidify (about 20m)
