Ingredients
- 2-3 C habaneros
- 20 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp whole coriander
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 C water
- 1.5 T salt
Roughly chop the habaneros and onion. Put them in a fermentation jar with the garlic and coriander, mix the water and salt into a brine, and cover the pepper mix with the brine. Let sit for 3 weeks. Blend, adding vinegar to bring to the proper consistency.
