* 1 lb mushrooms, quartered&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 tsp berbere&lt;br /&gt;

* 1 tsp white wine&lt;br /&gt;

Heat the oil over medium heat; add the green pepper, onion, and tomatoes and cook until the pepper and onion have softened.  Increase the heat to high and add the mushrooms, berbere, garlic, and wine; cook until the mushrooms are done.  Season to taste with salt and serve with [[Injera]].&lt;br /&gt;
