Ingredients:
* 2 T oil
* 1 green pepper, cut into strips
* 1 red onion, sliced
* 2 tomatoes, diced
* 1 lb mushrooms, quartered
* 2 tsp berbere
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp white wine

Heat the oil over medium heat; add the green pepper, onion, and tomatoes and cook until the pepper and onion have softened.  Increase the heat to high and add the mushrooms, berbere, garlic, and wine; cook until the mushrooms are done.  Season to taste with salt and serve with [[Injera]].
